Shipping Policy

 

We work with Fedex Groud, Purolator and Canada Post for processing all mail orders to Canadian and US addresses. Shipping is free on all orders over $50. There are a flat charge of $15 for shipping that is under $50.  

As for the wholesale orders, we provide different shipping arrangements and please contact us here for more details. 

The shipping times vary depend on the location but you are able to track your shipment with your tracking number for the order. 

We ship coffees that are as close to roast date to ensure and protect the freshness of the coffee. Please note we are not responsible for the missing packages during transit that are not insured. 


Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and we replace items only if the products are damaged or defective. 

The return policy is the product will be returned only if it has been unused and been kept in the original packaging with a proper receipt.  

After completing the inspection of the returned product, we will notify you with the refund amounts via email on prompt basis. Please note you will be responsible for making your own shipping arrangements for returning products. 

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on roasted coffee, teas or gift cards.
