The washing station called Eshete PLC is owned and operated by Alemayu Yirdaw, Gizaw Alemayu and Wondosen Alemayu.

With eight collection sites, high quality red cherries are selectively handpicked based on density, absence of defects and other valuable coffee determinants.

At the mill, extra hand sorting is executed to maintain quality of green by understanding and sorting based on the degree or ripening of the cherries.

This mill consists of coffees (including from wild forest) from approximately 500 producers.

It has been fermented for 36 hours with soaking time of 12 hours. It is dried on raised beds and the duration ranges between 10-13 days.
